Dr Tejani and the nurse practitioner are awesome. No complaints whatsoever. However, her front staff are rude, incompetent, inconsistent, and they lack any customer service skills. My son, niece, and nephew have all been going here for years and the fact that Dr Tejani is so awesome is the only reason we come back. I just had a baby recently and as I was trying to set up her first appt, was given the complete run around and treated so crappy by whatever her name is at the front desk. I just can't believe that's how they would treat someone who just had a baby, a c section at that, and still trying to recover. It's just ridiculous! I ended up just having to go to another dr in the area, who didn't give me any trouble with making her appt. I'm saddened by this because I really want my baby to see Dr Tejani!
Dr. Tejani is the absolute BEST! Her bedside manner is amazing and she takes the time to listen to the parents/children. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
My kids & I love Dr. Tejani!!! I drive from Duncanville for my 4 children to see her. We followed her from her previous office to this practice. I recommend her to everyone!
Dr. T is a wonderful and caring person. I take both of my kids there and they love her. We lost her when she switch places but was determined to find her and we did. We will follow her anywhere. Very highly recommended.
Dr T has been my daughter's pediatrician for as long as I remember. My daughter is nine. Been going since she was8 months. I would follow Dr Tejani wherever she went. My child is severe ADHD and I've NEVER found a more compassionate and caring Dr. She also has a husband and sons with it. You will not be sorry going to see her for any reason. Never met ANYONE like her. She treats all the kids and all the parents and caretakers like family. My family has been beyond blessed to find her. Give that office a chance. YOU'LL NEVER REGRET IT! GUARANTEED.
