(March 29, 2021, 11:08 pm)The guided tour provided so many details of the family history, along with the early days of the city. They were very patient with our grandchildren, and answered ALL of their questions (and questions my husband and I had). In addition to touring the main house, which is beautiful, we walked the property on a nature trail which had so many other structures (old barn, chicken coupes, stables, a log cabin, etc.). They also showed the kids some things that the kids in that time would have done, including teaching them how to play jacks. The kids loved it! It was a great experience for all of us, and I highly recommend it!
