The maintenance guys make sure I’m always taken care of, neighbors are friendly, and the office staff are truly amazing! Couldn’t have picked a better place to live!

(December 7, 2019, 2:25 am)I've been in this apartment for going on 3 years, since moving back to this city. No problems yet. The area I live in have been very peaceful, and secure. Maintenance takes care of nearly any problem expeditiously.
The two current head managers in the front office are absolutely irreplaceable. The best tandem you can ask for. Not to mention, focused on and determined to offer you the best living environment you can find with fail. They are as patient and polite as management can get.
They are worth this review all by themselves, and, the very reason I have stayed here for, going on 3 years, instead of the initial plan of 6 months to a year. -

(March 23, 2019, 3:02 pm)Pine oaks cares!!! They gave my wife and I a second chance apartment. These are not the luxurious of apartments, but are much more maintained than those so called luxurious apartments. They keep things clean, well maintained, inside and out. They have a wonderful front office staff, and very knowledgeable of this complex, even though there is new management, they still make sure your stay is as painless as possible. Allowing us to do six months, has made our stay easier, and given us goals to either continue here, or move on to a house. Coming from another state, TEXAS itself is wonderful, and in my own opinion, whether some agree or not, is much better than my previous state. Pine Oaks, is by far much more mentally luxurious than any other place I put an application in. Credit should not define a person, its knowing anyone can afford a place like this, and it allows you to rebuild the credit stage for your greater financial future. Thank you Pine Oaks...#1 in my books!
