(October 5, 2017, 6:41 pm)I was a bit frustrated when I first showed up. I've been a Red Cross donor since my teen years and was used to being able to find a RC walk in in center, not in TX. I ended up at the Carter Bloodcare center in Mesquite. I was reluctant as I had up until then never heard of them. After making another attempt to find a Red Cross center and failing I returned to Carter. I am glad did! Right from the receptionist through the whole screening process to my donation, an absolutely enjoyable experience. Every person there was a pleasure to talk to. At no point did I feel like a number, the whole experience and interaction will keep me returning to them.
