Best Buy

I love Best Buy store in Mesquite! Sometimes my family and I just go to hangout. A lot of the associates know us by name and that feels great! This last time I purchased an LG TV and was very impressed with the knowledge and patience. the associate never once demonstrated frustration. He answered all my questions! Delivery was on time and very professional! I continue to hold Best Buy my number one place for my electronic needs!

EDIT: About 3 months back I had a poor experience at this location (largely due to inventory and general store maintenance). I want to note that in my previous 2/5 review, I had nothing but nice things to say about the associates and that hasn't changed!!

I recently upgraded my mouse, mouse pad, and mobile headphones. While I originally planned on using Amazon, as I (falsely) believed they were online only, I discovered that Best Buy carries them in store! And since they also had my other items in stock, I rejoiced in not having to give my money to Amazon!

I braced myself for another crowded, cramped sales floor with sad-looking displays and empty shelves and... Well, it wasn't like that at all this time! Everything felt and looked much nicer inside! Aisles were no longer blocked with product, shelves were well stocked (or at least well flexed), and the associates were just as kind and pleasurable as they always are!

I must say, when things are going well, this store is fun to spend time in and shop at! I'm excited to shop here again, but the current 4/5 only reflects my previous review and experience.

Everything was out of stock. Why open the store??!!??
