Big Tex Auto Repair

Took my 2014 mustang to another shop for a noise coming from the front end, they couldn't figure out the problem so I brought it to Big Tex and they had it fixed the same day. I've been back several times since then and have not been disappointed. Very honest and upfront.

This place is seriously one of the most professional and humbling Auto repair centers I've been to. The customer service is incredible, polite, and everything you would want while having your car serviced. All of my questions were answered and the front desk even went out of his way to address other concerns that I was having. I'm glad to have found a place i can trust with my vehicle's when I need a repair.

H made sure I was taken care of. He got my new tires w/ alignment and balancing on point. He made sure everything was squared away before I left the lot. Didn’t even charge me for a little extra work that was needed regarding how bad my alignment was off. Definitely recommend and I will be back in the future.
