“I can’t thank this office, staff & Doctor Kenney enough. I saw some reviews & was a bit nervous before my appointment. Walking in, I was greeted so nicely by the front desk lady. She was patient & she helped me through everything. I left my card at home & she went out of her way by typing my card number for copay. I was called in 30 of me being there (I was a new patient so I had to do alot of paper work.) that was the fasted I’ve ever been called. The nurse that took me back made me feel so comfortable. Mind you, I always avoid going to the doctors but she was amazing. In literally 10 min or even less the doctor came in. I told him all of my concerns, we talked & he walked me to get my labs done. Then, the man that took my lab work; omg... he was so fun!!! I could’ve stayed talking to him. He was super friendly. How did he make it not hurt?! lol He made sure I was taken care properly. They took exactly 24hrs to have my results!!! Everywhere I go it takes them forever & they dont call. This office called me & explained my results. The doctor was such a sweet man! The office is spotless, very clean....I saw some nurses wiping down counters after each person. Even over heard a staff member telling someone to make sure they check their temperature before they clocked in. I loved that. Definitely will be coming back to this office! I have found my new family practice!!! ??❤️”

“Aside from the incident at the check in area where the clerk said the system showed I did not have insurance that held up my appointment, everything went well. Didn’t understand what the problem was. I’ve had the same insurance for quite some time and was just there 2 weeks earlier with no problems. Was not kept waiting long once I got in the exam room. The dr had a printout of my labs and went over everything with me. I’m 55 years old and I’ve never had a doctor do that with me. I’ve never understood all those codes and abbreviations so it was very helpful having someone go over it with me. He was attentive, offered suggestions and helpful with my medications and issues. I was very pleased with the care I received from him during this appointment.”

“Spent 5 days here visiting my granddaughter. Clean quiet comfortable stay. My granddaughter loved the indoor pool. Hot tub was down but no biggie. Location is extremely convenient to mall, restaurants, amusement places anything you may need. Even though lots of construction going on not to bad getting in and out. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice but wanted to mention Johnnie at front desk and Ladora doing the breakfast they went above and beyond to make my stay so much nicer.”

“Dr Lee is the kind of physician a nurse likes to see.I was referred to her on an emergency basis. It was a Saturday afternoon. She called me herself to get the information she needed. She then called again on Sunday to check on me. I got right in on Monday to see her in person. It is obvious to me that the patient comes first in her mind. “Dr. Lance Miller was my personal physician for 20 plus years. I made a decision, because of my sisters suggestion that I would be happier with a female Dr. One of the worst decisions i have ever made. I felt too ashamed to go back after leaving Dr Miller like I did. (My husband stood firm and loyal his "DR. Miller" and told me I was making a mistake!) He was right. After three stressful years trying to fit in with another physician, I decided to swallow my pride, call Dr. Millers office and beg for forgiveness.....I wanted Dr. Miller back. Dr. Miller welcomed me with open arms and his warm caring smile, and a hug....he was really happy to see me back.!!! What a blessing!!! I can tell you from experience that Dr. Miller is the best Dr. out there....He is kind, loving, listens with listening ears, takes his time with you while answering all of your questions and works with your needs. Imagine feeling like his only patient, when you know he has MANY!! I am overweight and older with some medical issues....he sits patiently and listens and never judges my imperfections.....he is amazing. Thank you Dr. Miller....I will never leave you again........”

“I went in for a bad cavity, in which I'll refer to as "mean tooth." I forgot what Medicaid covered. The office informed me that only the exam, x-rays and basic cleaning is covered. I almost cried when I got reminded what the government covers. I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Not the office's fault, but the government's. The staff and doctor were all nice to me and did their job well which dulled the pain of learning how much it would cost. I went home and tried to figure out what my options were because I really needed to get that tooth extracted. I remembered a certain fundraiser site. I signed up and shared what I was dealing with on there. I got some donations including one that covered the rest of my bill. I cried learning that I could get my tooth extracted. I made my appointment and went to it yesterday. I had my deep cleaning, filling in one tooth & the mean one extracted. It put up a fight. They had to drill several times and take it piece by piece 'til it was finally gone. It was like full-blown surgery from the suction to the scalpel to the sutures. It took them from around 12:30 to almost 3:00 to get it done. Dr. Park, Krysta Powers and Ashley Nguyen were all great. Most of the pain was felt when I had to pay, but it was worth it plus they earned it. Krysta has an amazingly soothing voice that's calming. It goes with the Comfort Dental brand. During the procedure both her and Dr. Park were very attentive in making sure I wasn't in pain. Ashley did the deep cleaning and did it well. It was a little intense, but bearable because she's trained well. Dr. Park must be pretty amazing at what he does because the only discomfort I've had was right after my dental procedure. Other than that, I can't tell that I even had work done except for missing that tooth. Thank all of you at Comfort Dental for an all around painless experience.”
