“Cozy, comfortable place. Down home, tummy filling food. Everything was home made. Their soup today was egg noodle soup. They have specials every day. Hours are from 6 A.M. to 8 P.M. We chicken fried steak dinner and a rib-eye steak dinner. Each meal comes with two sides. You can choose from fried mushrooms, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, zucchini with tomatoes, macaroni and cheese or coleslaw. And there is more choices than that. Between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. if you order from their paper menu, seniors can choose a buy one meal get one meal free. This is a great little Hidden Gem. Service was excellent.”

“I really appreciate the fact that the kid's menu is for "kids of all ages" which makes it great for folks like me who are looking for smaller portions, not to mention smaller prices. Wonderful downhome country cooking, I got the kid's vegetable platter with pinto beans and turnip greens and a couple of cornbread muffins. Outstanding! “There's 3 about the same distance from where I live. I chose Gus Thomasson location since I was near there. There was a longggg line in the drive through. They're gonna be busy this evening. I wanted their large $5 pepperoni pizza, which would've been a 15-minute wait and since I was on my way home, I settled for their large best pepperoni pizza for $6!!! It was already ready plus 'best' has more pepperoni!! I love 'em. ????”

“Nice, small, local, non-chain burger and wings joint. Burgers cooked like how you'd do it at home. I loved the burger! Big burger, good thing I had not eaten breakfast. I liked the onion rings. Fries were not my style but most others would like them. It was a half hour trip to get here and it was worth it. Will do it again. Wish it was closer!”
