We actually had a great conversation with the person working there and that just made my experience even better. The associate was very helpful and caring. I really appreciated his help. “Hi, hope all is well, I wanted to let you know about an employee named Diana, she was wonderful and never treated me like white trash nor Jewish garbage! She treated me with ethical behavior, understanding, and never once tried to hate me BC I am white- SHE is and was one of very FEW people in many decades that has treated me like a human being... Her compassion was uncompromising, her understanding was unrivaled, and her intuition was indeed remarkable... My story is as follows! My vehicle was towed from our property in the night. It was not supposed to be towed by 'Farmers Towing.' We were never offered a new parking sticker when we signed the document updating our info... So, we were surprised "to say the least" when it was missing. The apartment complex nor the towing company called us, nor did the man from Farmers Towing make a report of the wrecking to D.P.D.??? So, when we dialed 911, the officers made a report that questioned Farmers Towing (if that is indeed their name- for it was unrecognizable- to the sergeant,) and Dallas PD will be inquiring their motives after our report. So, when I called Sure Storage concerning my vehicle wrecking from the previous night, I was fortunate enough to speak with Diana. Her understanding of English was far greater than 99.8% of the populous. In all my years, I have only heard 2 people pronounce my ONE SYLLABLE last name correctly. Diana was the first individual in approximately 5 or more years that did not have a PhD to accomplish that. I had to catch two separate bus lines from east Dallas to Irving BLVD. and then I had to walk holding two children and a carryall from Cash St. Sounds like a small task but it was not... To my amazement, when I arrived to get my vehicle, she was kind enough to help me finish the process. Once again, I am more than sure that not all meetings with your company have been as rewarding and interesting as my meeting with her! When I went to my vehicle, nothing was missing, not one scratch was noticeable, nor was the tailgate uneven from a horrible FAST TOW! So, it is with great gratitude and simple sincerity that I must tell you about my experience. Thank you for never treating me like white trash and thank you for employing individuals like her that stand up for education and self-promotion. In my many years, I have never been treated as kind as she has treated me. I pray she is honored for services and will never treat whites like trash and further understands that it is in great humility that I thank her especially for helping me not feel hated by others everyday! “Would recommend this place. I recently pawned a laptop and a collector's DVD box set. I was told they don't really take things like the box set and that he had too many laptops that didn't sell very well, but the manager was kind and willing to take them anyway. Though I didn't get my asking price, he was still very generous and gave me a very fair price. Would most definitely go back, not only for a loan, but to purchase items from them. I believe they deserve the business.”
