“I live nearby and have been intrigued by The Storage Place. It appears to be secluded, quiet, tidied landscape, and not too far from the freeway. Although it’s a bit pricier than other storage places, it’s clean, organized, and secure. You get what you pay, for a peace of mind. On my first visit, the property manager is friendly, warm, patient, and accommodating. Unlike my second visit, the assistant manager was rushed and impatient with my questions, in which did not know the answers to. I was referred to read the documents online. What a turn off in a business standpoint! A positive customer service experience is a staple of business. This assistant manager needs to take classes on better customer care. Although my experience with this assistant manager rubbed me off, everything else was 5 star rated. I’m happy and contented to have chosen this place thus far.”
