“He has been in business 10 plus years and has been rebuilding transmissions for almost 30. I'm not sure you can find a lower price in the metroplex or possibly the state. I've known of people to bring their car from Austin to him. He always does a top notch job and gives a one year warranty for a complete rebuild. He has remained in business because he doesn't cheat his customers or mess with their cars like some shops.”

In attempting to get a coupon to go through for Marlboro which is admittedly hit or miss, the coupon didn't work, though he tried. Instead of just becoming frustrated and telling me tough luck after I already redeemed the coupon, he appeared genuinely sorry about it and pulled a dollar out of his own pocket to reimburse me. I wouldn't take his dollar but it warmed me up inside that he cares about his customers so much. Bravo to you sir, I'm sorry I didn't spot your name before I left to include but thank you for being great! I will return in the future and remember him.”
