(May 18, 2019, 3:34 pm)I had shared with Tom that my son had hurt his leg running long distances and even after seeing the trainer at school and a visit to care now that nothing seemed to be helping. Tom did an assessment on my son and it was very thorough, he suggested exercises to do. My son has completed those exercises daily for the last week and a half and he is back to running short distances now. He says he’s feeling really good and is continuing with the exercises provided by Tom. Without Tom I don’t think we would have a runner in our family. I would recommend and trust Tom with any injury that comes up.
