I've been with Allstate for nearly 2 years now and I have always enjoyed working with Thao and her team. They offer tremendous value for car insurance and I also have them for my house insurance. I love them because they offer deep discounts if you have multiple lines of service with them. All agents at her office are really nice and always looking out for me. Overall, they are tremendously helpful and fortunately I haven't had to file any claims with them. They are prompt with their telephone service and their online account management is excellent. Thao gives me her personal cell phone number so I always have it handy if I am ever in an accident. I highly recommend Allstate Insurance Agent - Thao Nguyen on her customer service and loyalty alone!
