(November 16, 2021, 10:00 am)Budget in Dallas did me a solid. I was supposed to be able to skip the line but the system was down. They upgraded me to make up for my troubles and the Mustang they gave me made my moms day! (She used to have a 1969 stang)

The windows on the car were so dirty it was hard to see out of them at night and there was a dent in the trunk of the car. My first and last time at this location. I always use Budget but I will stick with the airport location where the cars are both clean and in excellent condition. There customer service at Love Field is also 10 Stars. I will give the young lady who assisted me 9 and a half stars.
