Food was tasty. The staff made me feel like Gordon Ramsey should visit them. Our server Oscar had a party of 20 plus other tables. That seemed like a bad idea and was. Though Oscar was great when he was able to be there i felt the service was lacking. Rewind:We had a 40 minute wait for a table when 15 minutes into said wait a young man approached asking if we wanted to place a drink order. Well never having been there before my friends asked for a drink menu. Guy disappeared for 10 minutes, comes back with 1 drink menu and we never see him again. So fast forward it's now 6:34 and we are being paged for our table. We are seated and someone brought crumbs for chips and 3 mini salsas.. i mean it.. not a single whole chip.. By 6:50 we are looking for someone to take our order for drinks at least. Spot a manager relay concern and drink order to her and 5 minutes later we have Oscar. Again, cool person. He asked for our drink orders again, we provide and another 10 minutes go by and Oscar brings water and ask for actual chips rather than crumbs. That's the fastest thing all night. We go another 20 minutes and finally get drinks.. we're thinking surely he will ask if we're ready to order... Nope. Wrong. Another few minutes Oscar comes back I just ask about menu substitutions and now we place an order. Did not receive that order until 8ish. Good food, high prices. Overall satisfied. We ordered drinks, which were good. Service was slow. Food is what keeps you going back.

Pappasitos NEVER disappoints! Chicken fajitas and enchiladas were amazing as usual. What I love the most is that the food travels well and tastes like I'm eating in the restaurant even though I'm at home. This hasn't been my experience with many restaurants throughout this pandemic. Excellent!!!

The staff amazing! They made the evening all about service and an amazing meal! We had an amazing waiter Isaiah, this young man was beyond all expectations. Isaiah could give you recommendations in any category on the menu. And this young man followed up with our table throughout the evening.
I highly recommend the food and just ask for Isaiah. Thank you all! Michelle

Pappasito's is an amazing restaurant to eat at. It has been one of my favorite places to eat ever since I was little. I absolutely love their fajitas, and their corn tortillas are the best. I have celiac disease and their corn tortillas do not have a weird texture like all of the other places. The food here is always amazing!!
