Very knowledgeable and respectful staff. I initially came here for a second opinion after a bad experience with someone else, and things have been pleasurable since. The hygienists are very kind and the dentists will definitely take care of you. During my initial cleaning, they informed me that I had leftover Orthoglue on my teeth from years ago when I had braces and scheduled an appointment with me to remove most of it. The first dentist I went to didn’t even notice that. She was too busy trying to diagnose me with issues that were highly costly. I definitely recommend this place. They make going to the dentist fun!
I must say that this was my first time visiting this dentistry and I was amazed by their customer service. loved the waiting area and the service. a true great place to continue visiting and getting my teeth cleaning. will continue recommending my friends and family to them. Amazing job RD!
I wanted to thank Dr. Fleming and his wonderful staff for the visit I had today at Richardson Dentistry. Jewel was so kind and helpful during my visit. She took the time to speak with me and make me feel so comfortable while in their care. Dr. Fleming sat down with me and provided all the information about what I needed to have fixed. His staff scheduled the next step of my care and ensured that I was well taken care of. Sometimes not knowing what is wrong can cause anxiety, but by the end of the visit, along with the exceptional care and outstanding customer service, they gave me a carnation to help brighten my day.

I was looking for a new dentist and saw all the reviews for Richardson Dentistry so thought I would try them. Dr Fleming is awesome. In fact, everyone who works there is awesome! Marni took great care of me during my deep cleaning. They made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. If you are looking for a new dentist, you need to look no further. They will take good care of you.
Went in as a new patient and the staff was very friendly. The ipad "paperwork" was a breeze. Marney my Hygienist was super cool and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. Don't know how to say the doctors name but he was cool and easy gong as well. An overall enjoyable experience.
