Order 2 milk tea no red bean. They made a mistake and put red bean in and instead of making my drinks again. They decide to scoop out the red bean for both drinks ! There were still red bean left inside. Update: been good since this incident. Customer service could use some touch up though.

I always go here and it’s delicious every time I go! The only time they messed up was because of the cup holders. I was walking to my car with 4 drinks in the cup holder. Then, one of the holders breaks and the drink fell down. I just asked for a new one and they didn’t charge me! Overall, I think this place is amazing. Totally recommend!

Friendly staff and delicious drink. They helped me pick the right flavor. It had been a long time since I had Hokkaido or Okinawa, but couldn’t remember which I liked more. Chose right tonight.
