  Admittedly my contact here was limited as I was visiting my wife who was doing a training in one of the conference rooms. I was greeted warmly as I was coming and going. The hotel was clean and well decorated too.

  Our company booked rooms for around 100/150 people for our Christmas Party. Alex, the night shift manager was the absolute best! He made sure everyone was taken care of and that our time staying there was perfect! The kids absolutely loved him! Thank you Alex from everyone at L&M Electric for going above and beyond for our group!!

  So happy to be back at our go-to spot when attending a concert at the arena. Our first room had an a/c issue shortly after arriving and a room change was made promptly - front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Everything fine in new room - bed super comfy - I even checked to see what kind of mattress it was :) . But THE BEST was when I realized 24 hours after my checkout, I had left my purse in the dresser drawer. In a panic, I drove an hour back to find that housekeeper Isabel had found it the day before and secured it for me - I will be eternally grateful ! Whew!

  This Holiday Inn's location is the thing I like most. It is next to the Gas South Gwinnett Arena. So when we go to a concert at that arena we stay at the Holiday Inn. That way we can walk safely to and from the concert or whatever is at the arena. It's typical Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean, service was fine, breakfast was good, though costs $9.95. They are hoping to soon get the breakfast buffet back. Staying there allows us to relax and enjoy without the burden of parking and driving to and from.
