(November 23, 2019, 10:43 am)Dr. Antoine Albert and Shandolyn Story, are amazing doctors, very helpful and kind. But to get to these amazing doctors you have to go through these horrible staff of nurses. The nurses are not helpful, cold demeanor. They hang up on you when you call, (one time an accident, two or three on purpose) never send your prescriptions or get it wrong when they go. Talk rudely to patients and dismissed any concerns we have. They are the first face we see when we come in. And their actions are not reflecting good on these two incredible doctors.

(August 14, 2019, 1:52 pm)So glad I found Texas Family Medical and Dr. Albert and his team! I love that this practice is close to my house and that they accept walk-in patients everyday. This is so convenient for when you wake up sick that you know you can see a doctor who knows you verse having to go to an urgent care! Megan Weis, NP on staff is an outstanding nurse practitioner. She does a great job getting you seen in a timely manner and feeling better as quickly as possible! They are also super kid friendly! They always have Nick Jr. on for kids to watch in the waiting room and Michelle the office manager went above and beyond to help me entertain my children while I had x-rays done! I can’t say enough great things about this practice and their staff!
