I Love Dr. Christopher Hanssen because he is a perfectionist. He knows his profession, knows his areas of expertise, and plenty more about our shoulders, knees, other joints, etc. It seems that he appreciates his patience for doing their part by following his advice post procedures. He is a very outstanding surgeon! He is my surgeon, however, I'm willing to share his expertise with the rest of the world :-)
Dr. Hanssen was awesome in every way. I like the medical jargon he uses. It helps me to research things online. I was very frustrated with the office staff. They're so nice in person and on the phone, but there was a mix up on my surgery day after I took off a day of work. Several things were needed for surgery and post surgery. I'd call and get some information, but then after they promised to call back or send me a doctor's note for work...it seemed I had to remind them. I waited over an hour on one visit, but the other two visits were very reasonable. Overall, Dr. Hanssen is a very good physician and the outcomes on both my knees were great!
