  These guys were great! I called about a water leak and they came out the next day and discovered my issue quickly. There were very prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While they could not pinpoint the exact location of the leak, they had a great referral of who could and were able to answer all of my questions about how to fix the leak, once it's location is discovered. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. Including fixing this leak.

  I had what I thought was a severely clogged sewer pipe. Called a plumber out to unclog and we found out there was a break/collapse in the line. They gave me an estimate to do more work than was necessary. Called Hickman Plumbing for a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID!! Not only were they way cheaper, but we found out about the work we did not have to do. Tony is a hard working and very honest guy. He even came out and did the emergency work on Sunday for us. I would definitely recommend Hickman Plumbing!!

  I had a water heater replaced. Tony was excellent in diagnosing the problem, correcting prior work, and being very informative. The crew is very courteous when working as well. I have used many different plumbers in the past, and Hickman Plumbing is among the best in the area. He will clearly state all charges and provide e-mail receipt.

  Like always, stuff goes out when you least expect it, like our old gas water heater. Hickman Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. Tony came out on a Sunday, and installed our new gas water heater. What a life saver! Tony was very professional, and did an outstanding job! If your looking for a company to do a profession job, I highly recommend Hickman Plumbing Services.

  Tony Hickman and his 2-person team of plumbing experts are my Go-To plumbing professionals. They're there when I need them most, plus they are all extremely knowledgeable, beyond nice, flexible, helpful, and even funny. They've helped me with a long list of residential plumbing issues at this point, and lucky for me they haven't stopped showing up when I call. Ha. They've performed top quality work every time, from installing a new dishwasher, to snaking toys out of bathtub drains from the ceiling, to finding a leak, jackhammering my floor, and repairing said major leak that came from the slab under my house. They always have prompt solutions and helpful attitudes, no matter the task or time of day. Tony is trustworthy, highly skilled in his craft, and an awesome person all around. I strongly suggest hiring Hickman Plumbing Services for ALL of your emergency and maintenance plumbing needs in the DFW area. Cheers!
