  From day 1, Travis has pushed me to do things I’ve never thought possible. Through all of my “there’s no way in hell!” he would always come back with “you’re stronger than you think”. The workouts are always fresh and never repetitive. The people are effing amazing!!! The atmosphere is sarcastic, serious, and honest; all when it needs to be. I’m only 5 months in and I’ve: dropped from a size 10 to almost 2, built amazing muscle and confidence, and only lost a smidge of weight. It’s not about the weight, it’s about the body fat you shed, the muscle you gain, and the confidence that looks good on you.   I have never been able to stick with working out on my own. I was looking for some accountability. RTC is the perfect fit for me. The small group atmosphere creates a network of accountability, and helps drive results. Travis and his coaches are top notch. They are encouraging and motivating. RTC is a place for positive growth, the policy of checking your negativity at the door is amazing. I am very thankful for the support provided by Travis and his team.

  Almost through my 4th month at RTC. By far it is the best experience I have had in a gym. I am 63 and had several trainers and gym memberships. Travis and staff at RTC truly take an interest in me and have great patience along with a positive can do push to get me where I need to be. I have put on 5 lbs of muscle in this short time. If you are ready to get serious about your health then you found it.

  Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had. It’s basically personal training, with a tight knit gym family. Never the same workouts, and your limits will be pushed on a daily basis. Don’t hesitate to try it!
