  Unlike the the 2 franchisee stores in Duquesne ( kennywood) and Waterfront, Homestead. Horrible SLOW service, staff always using their phones, personal conversations going on.
  And this is from a former McDs manager '84-'91.

  This particular location does a great job handling their door dash orders. You can go thru the drive thru to pick up if you're door dashing.

  We've used Firestone for 30+ years, so you know there doing something right. They've always given great customer service and feed back. When there is a problem they take the time to go over everything with you and let you know if it needs to be taken care now or that it can wait awhile.

  My appointment for an oil change and state inspection went very smoothly and didn't take forever! I was also grateful to be advised but not pressured about a few non-safety issues with my car. Thank you so much for your kindness and great service!

  I've used Firestone Complete Auto Care on various vehicles for many years. Although I haven't exactly had the best experiences at all locations, it's still been more positive than negative. So when I moved to Rowlett, naturally I brought my vehicle to this location for new tires and alignment. Setting an appointment was easy and convenient via the website and was helped right away upon arrival. There was a little miscommunication in the beginning regarding the tire warranty on the current Firestone-purchased tires that I was replacing but was handled professionally at checkout. The courtesy check and complete vehicle inspection informed me of some issues that'll need attention soon, some of which can be handled myself. Overall, a great experience with professional staff and speedy service! I will bring my vehicles back to this location and highly recommend them!
