  If I tell you Reuben and Ana are the greatest in Texas. They are courteous, timely, and most importantly they are damned good at their work. Reuben and his team put back together a 2010 Camaro SS and I tell you that car looked brand new!

  Quality work every time. Everyone is kind and helpful. I am a retired schoolteacher and this is an honest, highly qualified place for car repairs. My whole family goes here now.   I felt compelled to leave a review. I have not even left reviews for my favorite restaurants and i felt I had to share my experience. I've been taking my cars for the past 10 years to Car Tech collision. I have gone thru 5 of them. Mazda, Pontiac, Camaro, Porsche Cayenne and now the Panamera. And each one has had repairs done to. That's Dallas for ya!
  I'm only naming these cars to let you know that they are trained for domestic and imports.
  
  No one is perfect! I don't care if you take your car to the Porsche dealership their repair folks or machinery are bound to make a mistake here and there. Trust me! I've experienced plenty... But the reason why I take mine to Car Tech Collision first is because I know they will take the time to explain the process. What and why they do or need certain things to achieve the end goal. And with all the pictures they take before, during and after the repairs believe me they are not only doing that for the insurance company but for any disgruntled customer that feels other wise to file a lawsuit.
  
  My first time was when I had a big dent caused by someone standing on my car at a soccer game. I was fresh out of college just started my first job and I went to Car Tech thinking they would at least take my money to pop out the dent. Cuz seriously you know there are a lot of shops out there that would have taken my money with a request like that.
  Ruben took the time to explain to me that his company doesn't and won't ever work like that. He said he would see if he could find me a hood at the junk yard and will work with me on my deductible. He was able to do what he said and my little Mazda 3 looked brand new.
  
  That is not all!!! After 2 months the paint on the hood started chipping off. I notified Ruben and he assumed that they were rock chips and obviously if they were then that has nothing to do with his quality of work but he would still take a look at it. He realized that there was more to it and found out that the formula to the paint he used wasn't right. So he called his paint vendor and told them the issue. And they fixed it and redid my paint job. And I've been going back ever since :) So here is some pictures I kept on the Camaro. The car was vandalized by some kids in the neighborhood. Garland of all places and then while I was in the process off filing a claim some lady decided to side swipe me while I was parked. So the paint got stripped down to the metal.
