  I love my current place but need to be closer to work. The Mansions on the Lake has everything we are looking for. Lots of space, garages, water views, high end finishes. Will was friendly and very knowledgeable and even checked to make sure I would have no issues charging my Tesla in the garage and measured the garage to make sure my new Jeep would fit! Great customer service and beautiful community I can’t wait until my lease ends to move in!

  My experience moving in and living at Mansions on The Lake has been nothing short of amazing. Alicia was the leasing professional who assisted me in finding the perfect unit. I visited the property one week before I needed to be out of my previous apartment. Alicia worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly and without delay. Furthermore, she went the extra mile by providing frequent updates and even reminders to complete tasks at my previous place. Alicia’s great knowledge, professionalism, and overall solicitude helped make my overall moving experience enjoyable and stress free.   I haven't even moved in yet, and I am so impressed with how quickly and orderly things are done and taken care of. I had originally signed a lease for a 1 bedroom a couple months ago, and we ended up deciding we wanted a 2 bedroom a week before moving. When I called, Will was so helpful and made sure we were able to get into the floorplan and unit we really wanted. It was such an easy process, and he made sure there were no hoops we had to jump through. If you need any help on finding an amazing place to live talk to Will and he will be sure to do everything he can!

  Not sure why some people said William was rude. He was the best! Great & fast communication. Helped me with everything and was more than accommodating. I am renting in April and I am so excited to live here. Application approval within 24 hours!
