Alvaro On the Spot Carpet Cleaning LLC

It takes quite a bit for me to write a Google review. I often see that they are great places to truly share how very powerful relationships can be between a customer and his most important stakeholders (the customer).

I write this one with great joy and with the sincerest of sentiments towards how awesome Alvaro is. We bought our home not too long ago and he was one of the first people to come and clean our carpets. More than that, he took it upon himself to offer more service than what was originally agreed. Automatically, he won our hearts and business and we will make sure that he always has the power of our word of mouth.

This past couple of months have been intense. From welcoming a newborn to having my wife’s health continuously change. In the midst of all of this, Alvaro made it his absolute mission to ensure that we were taken care of based on an appointment that we kept having to postpone because of those life situations. Without a second thought, Alvaro came and helped us. I love how this man and his team operate. He is much more than a good friend or a good business man; he embodies what we should all be, the most important thing of all- a good human being.

Thank you for showing us such love and empathy, brother. I could only hope we pass the blessings forward the same way you have passed them to us.

After a few failed attempts at using other companies to remove the pet stains on our rugs and the wine and coffee stains on our linen breakfast chairs, Alvaro and his team did it!! And for less. Thank you will definitely be calling again soon.

Alvaro has saved us from my our destructive 13 year old dog, once again! Last November, pup got the turkey I was defrosting out of a LOCKED cooler and we came home to turkey gizards and juice all over our family room. Al came out within an hour to take care of it for us! This time, the old dog got sick and had several bouts of diarrhea all over ALL the carpets. We cleaned as best we could, buy lets face it....at that point is it really even clean? Enter Alvaro! He told us what to do to eliminate as many odors as possible, came out quickly and cleaned all our carpets. They even mopped our wood floors! On The Spot was in and out very quickly and left me with clean floors that I feel good about my kids walking on. They even left the industrial fan over night for us to help dry the floors faster! Not to mention, the service I used before I found Alvaro charged 3x as much and the stains came back after a few weeks. With On the Spot, they are gone for good. I can't say enough positive things about this amazing company. Thanks Alvaro!

Would highly recommend going with this business, they were cordial, professional and did a great job. having pets and a white area rug has been a challenge but they made my rug look completely new, and not to mention it smells amazing too! very satisfied with their work and will def be a repeat customer in the future!

Alvaro and his team were great. They came out within a couple days of calling and cleaned five rooms and even helped us re-stretch carpet in one room. Recommended by a neighborhood group, I would recommend this company to others. He even spot-cleaned an area rug that is challenging to keep clean.
