They replaced the ECM on my Cadillac. The guys are friendly and straight shooters. Reasonable price. Kept me updated on needed repair and parts coming in. And most important, they fixed my car!

I took my car in to Pro Automotive today based off of some reviews I read online. Highly recommend! The dealership couldn’t get to my car until next week, but Jay took care of the issues in a few hours. He was great about communicating - told me what the problems were and how much it would cost to fix soon after dropping the car off. Price was very reasonable. We will be bringing our cars to Jay from now on!

Today, I received excellent same day service from Jay and his associate. Jay's work area is well organized and very clean. I believe a clean facility is an indicator of quality work.

Due to the great service and excellent cost for part/repairs Pro Automotive Repair in Sachse will be my future auto service center.

New Starter & Radiator replacement - Called Jay this morning due to my car not starting and he was great in accomodating us immediately. He was very patient, explained to us whats wrong with my Nissan. While we were waiting I asked him to check on my daughters car and red flight flashing including push button ignition, he went to work on it and in a matter of 10 min it was fixed. Jay went out of his way to do that, which he didn't have to do. Hes very honest, even toured his facility to my husband and impeccably clean.
