Farmers Insurance - John Caver

Very good explanation about my homeowners insurance and the storm damage we had in the summer. Very good customer service from Miranda.

Recently we went thru a tornado and it damaged the roof, fence and most of our patio furniture. John and the Farmers insurance team handle all the claims with fairness and very quickly. Had the money to start repairs in 3 days after the initial evaluation. They where very responsive with any questions and I really felt like they care about our situation and worked to get things back in order. Thank you, the Ceballos family!!!

John and his staff were extremely helpful in explaining where we stand on policies we purchased over 20 years ago and did not try to upsale us on other policies we did not need.

The most Professional Insurance Agency that had provided me insurance. Caver Insurance is easy to do business with and have very competitive rates. Their knowledge of the Insurance Business and Professionalism provides me comfort in taking care of my needs.

I've been with this Farmers Agency for over 15 years through a few different ownership transitions and the customer service and overall experience with this insurance team is second to none.

I would like to especially write a review/recommendation for Miranda Murr. She has been exceptional in every way as it relates to customer service, sympathy, empathy, authenticity, genuineness and all of the other synonyms and attributes associated with a professional with strong core values. I believe Miranda's moral compass to be immovable and the Caver family has a true asset in Miranda.

I highly recommend Miranda and John Caver's Farmers Insurance Agency to anyone on the market for all of their home, car, renters and any other insurance needs or requirements.
