Empire Electrical responds quickly to your request for a handyman or electrician to come down and fix your problems! When my toilet lights went out, I called in the morning and they scheduled an electrician to come out in the afternoon. Extremely quick response! If you don't have time to acquire your own bulbs ahead of time, the electrician can also give replacement lights, which is very convenient.
We moved into a home with a Ring Wi-Fi doorbell which had broken down unfortunately. The office lady was super helpful on the phone and incredibly responsive to emails. Our electricians got it working properly in no time. They also installed a Ring floodlight with camera. I would definitely call them again for any of my electrical needs. They also followed COVID protocol and wore masks the entire time. I highly appreciate!
The Empire Electrical staff did an excellent job installing our generator. All follow-ups were promptly completed, the work was completed with the professionalism I expected, and we passed inspection with flying colors. But it was their advise to replace our electrical box that I truly liked. It was the original, made by a now-defunct company with design problems. With my generator set to go and the security of a fresh panel, I can sleep better. In addition, his fees were reasonable for the services he provided.
I truly appreciated Empire Electrical. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I made the appointment on Saturday afternoon and a tech was out to our home on time first thing Monday morning. He was quick and friendly and very professional and the price was affordable and I felt very confident paying that. Now that I know how my experience is going to be, I won’t hesitate to call Empire Electrical out again when I need someone.
Erick is the best! He worked quickly, skillfully, is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He returned to do some additional work and brought an assistant who was also a pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend Empire Electrical and their employees for their top notch services!
