  Had to take a friend of mine to the DMV and saw the ratings. Stopped in very early around 9:30 am. Asked for a lunch menu. WOW what an excellent choice. The food was top notch. High quality and fresh. The chef greeted us as we walked in and from that point on it got better and better. We ordered a rib-eye and the veggie taco's with black beans and rice. It was so good that both of us shared our plates because everything tasted so fantastic and fresh. The asparagus was sauteed perfectly, the potato style cake, sauces and margarita bread was to die for. We both had the cheese cake and it was served with an enormous chocolate covered strawberry on the side and it melted in our mouths. We ordered another cheese cake to-go for her mom because it was just that good. This restaurant has only been opened for 3 months and my prediction is that this restaurant and its cuisine will be around for decades.
  
  The menu is very healthy and you can tell the food is purchased daily. It is a go-to restaurant if you are in that area. It may not be crowded when you go because it is so new, but you'll love the food and make an effort to return.

  Blew a hole in one of my husbands tire on 175 headed east passing through Crandall, pulled over to try to patch it the best we could to stop the air from rapidly escapimg, turn around to drive all the way back to seagoville with the tire pressure dropping continuously, just to barely make it to Alondras to replace the tire. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend these guys with their reasonable pricing and quick service.
