I have been a patient for several years, and
they have always been very good and precise in taking care of patients.
I am a relatively new patient here. I've seen Dr. Pang one time before today and they were friendly got me in as quick as they could (i was just a walk in) and got me all fixed up. But my visit today really put them at 5 star level. I went in to see if they could see me and the nice lady at the front desk said they werent actually seeing patients today because they were going through some training and get new office furniture and equipment. And my sick pathetic self just started crying. She immediatly started comforting me and seeing how she could help. The nurse practitioner (whose name I cant remember now, unfortunately because she was great!) said to come on back and she would see me. They got me in, got me seen and were so kind and amazing. I cannot say enough good things about how they took care of me. Truly above and beyond. Huge thank you to the whole office.
