(October 22, 2019, 3:35 pm)Last week, I was on business trip to Dallas but was having eye trouble. I called my ophthalmologist back home and they told me I may have a torn retina and needed to see a doctor immediately. I called Sweeney Eye Associates in Richardson and was initially told they were booked for the day. Then i explained my symptoms and they had me come in right away. Dr. Lippas squeezed me into his schedule and I received a thorough examination. He diagnosed me with Posterior Vitreous Detachment, a common problem at my age but no emergency. I was very impressed with his care and the time he took to explain it to me. Especially, since i was from out of town. I highly recommend Dr. Lippas and the professionals at Sweeney Eye Associates !

(July 17, 2019, 8:14 pm)Have nothing but good things to say about them. They got me in promptly. Had a very hard cataract. Dr. Sweeney explained things all went well. Though I was probably the worst patient ever. I just don't like things going near my eyes. But, we worked thru my cringing. One eye down. One eye and one or two eye lids to go.
