We had the best experience at Smile City Orthodontics. Dr. Jacob made some great recommendations for my son and daughter. My son just started treatment and Dr. Jacob is prompt, clear with instructions and open for any questions. The office is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this place.

We highly recommend Dr. Jacob for your kids braces, feel like family when we go in and Dr. Jacob is exceptional in what's he does. Our kids like it so much going there, they don’t feel like going to a doctor's Office because Dr. Jacob, as well as the staff are so friendly and caring and is a very welcoming atmosphere there. This place is so clean and fresh and it's quick in and out.

We made a consultation for our son and daughter with Dr. Jacob last week. Dr. Jacob took his time to explain everything in detail and made sure he answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Mrs. Jacob was also very friendly, and made sure we felt at home. Our kids felt at ease the whole time. The clinic looks very clean and well organized. We would highly recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone who is looking for the perfect orthodontist.

Dr. Jacob and his wife are awesome!! From the first appointment to now, our experience has been amazing. The first day, he took his time to explain the process and answered all of questions. We felt so comfortable with him that we decided to get the braces. He did not take long putting them on and she has not felt any discomfort. When one of my daughter's wires got loose, he made sure to stay open and waited for us to arrive. He wanted to make sure she did not feel any pain throughout her process. He is a very kind and compassionate doctor. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an orthodontist.

Dr. Jacob and his wife are very friendly and amazing! The greeting once you step In The office was professional . Love their hours also open on Saturday! Dr. Jacob made my son feel very comfortable while taking X-rays. He explained everything very clearly to my son and me . We decided to get his braces put on that same moment.
