I have never had such amazing customer service, professionalism.....and just a caring attitude as I have has with DFW Storm Solutions. It started with Jessica. Her kindness and desire to help in every way was amazing. She was in constant communications with me. She got us a loaner, had it delivered and picked up my vehicle at my home. She worked directly with my insurance company....and took care of everything. Mark made arrangements for delivering the loaner and when they brought back my repaired vehicle...it was even detailed. Both Jessica and Mark went way above and beyond in customer service. Not only will I not use any one else for hail damage repair....but will recommend their company to any one needing hail repair. “I was on vacation from Fort Worth and got caught in a microburst (100 wph winds) in Pensacola, Florida. The wind blew my drivers side door open and it would not close. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and I was at the mercy of anyone to let me put my car in their garage. We were actually staying in Gulf Shores so I called the Chevy dealership in Gulf Shores and they sent me to Freeman’s. My sister and I were driving back towards Gulf Shores holding the drivers side door closed with a towel through the door handle. We were pretty shook up from what had happened to us. It was a very scary and dangerous situation. When we called Freeman’s they were beyond kind and helpful. They gave us their personal cell number and told us to call when we got to the shop and they would be there to let us in. They fixed my door for less than $200.00 and totally detailed my car for free. My New Buick Enclave looked like a sand storm inside. It literally looked brand new again. Words can’t say enough for their kindness and going above and beyond. These two ladies will forever be grateful to Freeman’s. “Any of the Freeman locations I have visited have given me excellent service. It's tough in this day and age to find any business with integrity and that personal touch, especially a car dealership (based on a stereotype but also my own experiences). I purchased my Hyundai from Freeman Toyota and lucked into them because they had what I wanted. Then, when it was time for service, I had it serviced at Freeman Hyundai. Both of my experiences were top notch! When it's time to 're-up', you can bet your bottom dollar I will be going back to Freeman Hyundai! The service team was professional and timely and explained everything to me. I trusted my 'baby' with them and I was not disappointed. “Again, performed fantastically. I always joke about not owning a Porsche vs a Miata because I see the cost difference. $40 for a full service, along with a 360 degrees inspection with analytics that describe the cars health status. The same at Porsche would be $200 +, and in my opinion offering the same service as Freeman Mazda. Obviously the aesthetics of the locations are different, but the service is not. I think Mazda should invest some cash in this location to improve quality in build.”

“Clean safe place, police officer on duty round the clock. People are very friendly, hot showers in private bath room for $14 travelers. Comes with clean towels already in bath and soap if needed. Hot food made and served morning until ?, smells great in there. There is another restaurant, fast food inside, but regular hours open. Always something to heat and eat, drink and clean public restroom. You can also get a haircut!”

“Great staff, helpful and informative. I’ve been to many MHC’s throughout the country but I must say that this was one of the better ones. The staff went far and beyond to get me back on the road. One of the tech’s Jose got right on my truck as soon as my part came in. The service manager Matt Patrick gave me a great discount from my original estimate, and even helped me install headlights on my tractor. This is one of the better MHC’s, if not the best. I highly recommend this place.”
