They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”
