“Found a replacement radiator for my Ford backhoe on their website. Awesome price and they guaranteed it not to leak. UPS delivered it the next day! I took it from the box and discovered it had a small puncture that appeared to have happened during shipping. I took pictures and called them. After a very short visit by phone, they shipped a replacement next day and said UPS would pick up the damaged one in a few days. Great customer service experience! Will definitely call them again.”

This was my first experience ever dealing with an auto accident, everyone is always scared to hear what's all wrong with the vehicle and what it's going to take to fix it. From the first moment I arrived Blake greeted us and was expecting us! It immediately made us feel at ease. Blake explained the whole process throughly and made sure we understood everything. He was confident in the work to be done and absolutely followed through on everything he said! Absolutely amazing work. Beth was also amazing! She also explained the whole process and made it very easy to understand and made us feel like we chose the right place, and we did! She kept us up-to-date on everything and answered any questions we had just all around great experience. I seriously can't even tell there was damage. I hope we never get into anymore auto accidents but if we do, I'm 100% confident in y'alls work and will absolutely bring it to y'all. “1/22/2021: Julio did awesome job!! It really looks impossible to fix because I had a very deep/sharp dent (approx 3” - 4” long) and paint looked a little damaged (real sharp point). Sent him 2 photos and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was hesitating because I saw a few poor reviews from other people, but I risked to let him do it because of his reasonable price. Came to my house the next morning started 9:30 am and finished about 10 am. He also did a little extra work to do touch up a few small scratches in different areas (that wasn’t in estimate so I gave him a little extra $). He is very honest man and patience with me because I am Deaf. We communicated without any problems. YES, YES, YES call or text him if you need your dent gone! He did a GREAT job. I am pleased no more dent. You deserved top 5 stars! Thank you Julio!”
