When I got the the store, Gia not only apologized for the wrong information, but bent over backwards to work with a local electrical shop to complete the repairs and to make payment convenient for me. Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.”

When I got there, Carl helped me out and noticed that a cable was not connected correctly and helped me with my battery situation. In addition, he ran a test on the battery just to make sure it was still good. And it was, only a connection issue. He was very kind and helpful. Honest people work here.
