As a woman I'm always skeptical about going to any car lot/shop with any issues for my car. Whereas I feel it will be the perfect opportunity for those type of places to "slide in extra charges without me knowing" I never got that feeling or perception from this place. Raymond gave me a price and a time that he would have my car ready and that didn't change. Now the time frame went a little past expected, mainly due to the weather but that turned out not to be such a bad thing. The owner decided to fix some additional damage at no cost to me for my troubles. In addition to pretty much returning my car back to me in pristine condition he provided a loaner car to me while my car was getting repaired. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone!!! Good people, good business and great customer service still do exist!”
