“Traveling to the area to move my college student into an apartment @ 3pm on a Friday afternoon ....my water-pump goes out on 2015 F150. Went to the ford dealership & they wouldn’t look at it till Monday. Started calling around looking for someone that would replace the pump so that I could get back on the road. Called at least 10 shops & they all refused. When I called Ruben’s & told them what my problem was, he said that he would call the parts house & check parts & call me right back. Based on the other responses I had, that was encouraging , but I really didn’t expect to here back from them. He called me back in less than 5 min. Saying that they would have the pump delivered by the time I got there & would stay late, if needed to get me fixed up. I got there & they went right to work. They were kind, respectful & very accommodating. They did a fine job at a very fair price, especially considering that they could have easily refused or taken advantage financially of my circumstances. Top notch! I would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

They had the transmission diagnosed the next open business day, and had it repaired the same day they recieved the parts. For a full transmission rebuild, and great service, they got me on the road again with great speed. My car has not had any problems in the last two months that I've had it since it was repaired.
