I wanted one for my mother who has trouble getting in an out of chairs and you can tell it’s painful by the look on her face. I ordered this and was amazed by the quality and features it has. Probably more than what she will use but nice to know they are there in case. The most satisfying thing is when I call or go see her. She is sitting in her chair with a huge smile and telling me her massage is almost done. Then she gently gets lifted up, no pain and a smile on her face still. “My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the craftsmanship and quality of the work that Luis and his staff did for us!! I have a set of chairs that are a very unusual size that I wanted to replace. Since we couldn’t find a comparable size in any of the stores, we looked into a custom chair option, but that was way too expensive. That’s when thought recovering would be a good idea. I feel so good about repurposing our existing chairs. Luis took the existing structure and made it better than new! The leather is fine Italian leather (it’s such high quality and smells delightful) and the way they re-stuffed the chair pillows is super comfortable. I don’t think we will ever buy a new piece of furniture again. We have bought quality furniture, so recovering for us has now become our best option: it’s quality work, the repurposing is good for the environment (not contributing to landfills), it’s cheaper and we get to support a local family business! And I see that lots of complaints on their customer service, and how the furniture price is very expensive without their membership etc… My only reason I gave 5 stars was because of their efforts how they try to keep the places nice and keep clean. And I truly believe that they need to improve on their lack of service. However, I was happy to have a nice furniture showroom in Dallas area that pleases my eyes. ☺️ This place was beautiful, and it felt like seeing an exhibition. 👍🏻”

“The store itself has tons of items that are very good quality. You can find a very wide range of items at various different prices. It reminds me of a denser Crate and Barrel. However, it is important to note everything in this store is available for a much cheaper price at other stores or online. There are few occasions, like where Nespresso machines, are heavily discounted. Also important to check the clearance as they often have good deals for their discounted items.”

“It started with a curiosity phone call answered by a very knowledgeable man named Ryan. A few months later my husband and I walked into the location about 30 minutes before closing time. After a brief conversation, Ryan remembered this phone call from a few months earlier and picked it up like it was the same day. We were never rushed or made to feel like we were keeping him past closing time. He answered all questions we had, gave his input on design ideas while leaving the final decision to us and checked on build times so that we were aware of when we would have our tables. When delivery day came we were kept in the loop as to when they would be here, how long they planned to be here and received a "15 minutes out" phone call. 3 very polite guys; Tarzan, Pebbles and Thor showed up and explained every step of what they were doing. My curious husband watched the entire build and asked a ton of questions. He said he was never made to feel like he was a burden to them. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tarzan seemed to be smiling the entire time he was working. There was a small damaged area on the pool table rails that we would probably not have noticed for a very long time. Tarzan pointed it out and explained how they were going to make it right. Another employee, Hopper, drove an hour to bring out new rails and the table was perfect before they left. These guys cleaned up and left my place better than what they found it. Honest, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and we have a beautiful pool table and shuffleboard table.”
