“LIVE VIRTUAL WORKOUT SESSIONS ARE KEEPING ME SANE DURING QUARANTINE!!! Background, I started working out at Fit180 right before I found out I was pregnant with twins. I continued my work outs through 8 months of pregnancy and was back 8 weeks post-partum. First and foremost, this activity level was cleared by my doctor and I would never have engaged in anything that would put me at risk or that made me uncomfortable. The trainers at Fit180 were extremely knowledgeable about workouts that were appropriate during, and after, pregnancy. I am so very thankful to the Fit180 team for keeping me healthy throughout that process. Once gyms and fitness centers were shut down due to growing concerns over Covid-19, Fit180 was quick to offer live virtual training sessions. I was skeptical to be honest. I have minimal equipment at home and I knew there were loads of free workouts available online. But those free workouts have always been available, and I didn't do them because there was zero accountability. I signed up for two live sessions that first week and was pleasantly surprised at what a GREAT workout I received, just as tough as the workouts in the gym. The trainers keep the workouts interesting, no redundancy, despite the obvious limitations. I don't know how long this quarantine will last, but I will absolutely keep up my virtual sessions. Just to get me out of my pajamas and away from the fridge is reason in itself. Highly recommend!!”

“I respect Dr. Taylor's treatment methodology and his staff. I'm leaving four stars because I don't really feel listened to or evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It's been hard to express my narrative even though that's how we deal with humanity as we're all so unique so instead I feel approached like an algorithm based on data points and not personal experience with symptoms or medication. I've also heard outdated science, I understand I'm not hiring a neurologist but it's a bit concerning when the algorithm used is based on faulty evidence his claims are very disputable but there's no room for me to address those concerns. It's hard to talk.”

He may appear gruff at first, but walking into a private session is not a mistake, it is a violation of privacy and he was merely protecting his client.
