“Awesome customer service. I had issues with a balance that was overdue. I transferred my account to a different location in Corpus Christi and the location in CC didn’t do the transfer correctly. So I was getting double charged. I spoke to Juan the GM and he was great help. He took time to understand the situation and asked all the right questions. He was able to work with me and get everything done promptly. This was an awesome gym but I’m giving 5 stars because it’s not only gym that counts it’s the people who run it. Thank you Juan! “Always loved seeing Dr. Patel. He was one of my favorite specialists. I had severe shoulder pain but when I saw him the 1st time; pain was gone the minute he injected my shoulder. This had not happened with another doctor I saw. Plus no pain with Dr. Patel's shot and the 1st doctor had tortured me with the one he gave. My pain mgnt doctor referred me to an orthopedic surgeon and honestly I was in excruciating pain and didn't realize Dr. Patel might have been able to do my surgery. I haven"t seen Dr. Patel now for several years and I can't find him. I called the number here and they said he was no longer there-gave me a number. I've called several times and left a msg with no response. Hope he's okay.”
