After a month in bed I was not sure how I would get back into shape but the FBH team came up with a personalized plan for me. I started out with FaceTime workouts from home to begin to regain my strength and stamina with Donna Fisher. Next, Muscle Activation therapy specialist, Allie Stilwell and Dr. Troy Kinney, chiropractor, helped tremendously with all the aches and pains that came from laying in the bed for a month. I was worried about returning to the studio but the amazing team including Dana, Gabrielle, and Ingrid work to sanitize continuously, appropriately distance clients and enforce the new rules. Home workouts were a great start but there is not substitute for the pilates equipment. I am so grateful for the FBH studio and this team for getting me back on the road to fitness.”
