“Dr Lee is the kind of physician a nurse likes to see.I was referred to her on an emergency basis. It was a Saturday afternoon. She called me herself to get the information she needed. “Staff is very friendly, take good care of patients, food is served at the correct time, and medicine is also served at the correct time. The facility is clean. Only complaint here is when a patient presses the assistance button for a nurse they are not there ASAP. I can remember waiting for 10 minutes until someone arrived. I understand if they are busy with other patients but I have seen many other nurses are available. Not sure if the nurses are trained for that specific thing but they could be a bit faster.”
