“Had 2 knee surgeries and the best part was Rehab Management. It was very difficult for me to get through both procedures. RM was fantastic in helping me get back the strength I needed. A huge part of rehab is the mental determination. Every day I was at RM, I got motivated by the staff that helped there. It got to the point that it was the best part of my day. “I’m am blown away by the kindness that this staff and office provided to us during this hard time of putting our family dog down last minute. I believe her name was Misty, sorry if I got that wrong but, her words were so comforting from the first time I called her that morning to the last minutes with Penny. We have had to put a dog down before, and they sent us home with her in a bag. This office gave us our loved one in a small cardboard casket for burial, and even drew a heart where her head was laid. The vet explained every step in the process while comforting us, but let us take as much time as we needed with her during her last minutes.”

“Mom has lived here since January 2019 and our experiences have been nothing but positive. I've recommended Manchester Homes to several of my friends. There's not a day that goes by that my Mother hasn't told me that the staff is very caring--that's very important. Plus it's a clean, well-maintained facility. The food is average, and that's why I've not given this a 5-star rating. But whenever Mother hasn't liked what is being served, the staff is willing to fix her a bowl of soup, which is much more to her liking.”
