“My mother has had back pain issues for the last 15 years, however in the last four years they have been exasperated. This greatly affected her ability to function on a day-to-day basis. We went to different physicians and doctors, most recommended steroid injections in her spine. Finally when I surprassed my frustration threshold with the process, I called Dr. Venkat’s office (after reading about him in D magazine and also seeing a cover story about him in the American Airlines magazine which is in the back seat of every AA AIRPCRAFT) I figured he is the spine doctor that many celebrities and sports personalities visit, plus if he is identified as the top 10 spine surgeons in the United States by American Airlines magazine - he must be worth a shot! So I called his doctors office and his wife who manages his practice - was extremely kind to get us an appointment at the very next day. During the appointment Dr. Venkat was very understanding of my mother struggles he did multiple tests and x-rays to correctly diagnose her condition ( did i mention he was very funny and entertaining the whole time). Anyway. He was able to correctly diagnose my mothers issue and told us - she did not need any surgery that her spine was perfectly fine and in fact she had rheumatoid arthritis. Had this been some other physician they would’ve most likely recommended surgery, as most doctors we previously visited did. Dr. Venkat is an extremely knowledgeable, ethical, experienced, humble, empathetic doctor, and leader whose sole purpose is to put the patient and their correct diagnosis first - above all else. Period. I am so glad that we went to Dr. Venkat. His wife Dr. Naheed; who helps manage his practice is one of the most warm, charming, nurturing and intelligent woman that I have ever met. This is a family owned business who has good values and wants to do right for and by the patient. I am A big fan and will be recommending all friends and family for all their spine issues to their practice. My mother is my world, there is no one more important to me than her, and I am at peace, knowing that she was taken care of by the best in the industry! Thank you Dr. Naheed and Dr. Venkat! With Gratitude and much love- RH”

“So I don't have enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Morón and his nurse, Jordan have been. We laugh a lot and that is so important to me. It has made everything about having cancer so much easier. Having a "dope" doctor and nurse is so important when dealing with something like this. I was diagnosed with stage IV uterine cancer and it was gone after 3 rounds. ???? I believe having them behind me helped me stay positive, therfore less stress which I believe increases your chance of surviving this stuff.”

“I had my first colon screening last Friday, 6-28-19 with Dr. Snowberger at Old Town Endoscopy. Not knowing what expect, I must say the prep was not pleasant, but it's not supposed to be - all things considered. Dr. Snowberger and her staff were not only nice; they were KIND. There is a difference. Her lady at the office called me the day before and walked me through some concerns I had. Once at the facility, no one rushed me, each person explained their role and what I was going to go through with them during my visit. Dr. Snowberger came highly recommended by my Gyno Nurse, Melissa Lang and I'm so glad I took her advice. The pace was steady and over with faster than I thought it would be. I kept expecting discomfort after I left but it never happened. It all went so smooth. I was nauseous when I arrived but it went away once things got started and it never came back. It's still a bit of a mystery to me how well it went and how great I felt (and feel now) since it was done. VERY grateful my screening results were best case scenario and that I don't have to go through that yucky prep for another 10 years, but I know I will return to Dr. Snowberger and Old Town Endoscopy! Thank you Dr. Noel for such a great experience! Lisa (Sally) Johnston”

“Dr. Salam is a WONDERFUL Internest. I have been coming to her for many years - at least 10. Thoughtful, gives great advice, and I love her staff - her phlebotomist is the best. My mom found her and now my sister and my son see her as well.”

“This is a terrific facility. We found that the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and friendly. We went here twice in the past month and both times we were treated very, very, well. Everyone there works extremely hard to ensure a great patient experience and outcome. This isn't easy given all the people they encounter within a day. We commend them on very high quality of care provided.”

“The facility and staff was exceptional!! The staff works straight from the heart. They were gentle, attentive, and thoughtful. I am most grateful because where my father had been experiencing pain and discomfort they came in and provided a peaceful, calm, and comfortable transition for my father. “I work in health care and can confidently say I have NEVER encountered a group of people as caring, compassionate, and supportive as those who cared for my mother at T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center. My mother was treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and love during her last days. They accommodated our big family, lots of friends, our children...made us feel welcome and cared for, never once inconvenienced by lots of questions, confusion, etc. They even have a camp for kids where they can come and focus on special memories of their loved one while getting any counseling they might need. Amazing experience, from beginning to end. You guys were a special part of a difficult time in our lives, and we will never forget it.”

“I am very happy to be able to support the Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation. I have had family members and friends who were residents of Presbyterian Village and the service rendered to them by the staff persons was exemplary. I am also pleased that my denomination has a hospice program. The nurses were very helpful to our family members when we needed their professional services at a sad time for us and I am very appreciative. Patricia Westerlage”

“I saw that someone had posted that they dont recommend this place to anyone. Said that the activities basically dont happen. The food being bad.. To me, it sounds like someone is not looking at the whole picture. The activities are based on participation from more than one resident. Although when there is enough residents to participate, they do have fun. We see the activities staff working their tails off with taking residents bowling, to Walmart, and sometimes they will take ones who wish to go, to a restaurant for lunch. The food, well... I cant say its the best or worse, I have had one meal while there visiting my dad, and I was actually impressed. I was expect school room cafeteria taste. It was not that at all. My dad is a very hard person to deal with, and can be very mean at times. The Bradfield staff is the only staff who has been able to tame him down and make him realize that he does not intimidate them. We are called by the director and director of nurses on a regular basis to let us know what he has done. I have always appreciated them calling and giving us a heads up as to what he is doing and if he is in trouble or not. Bradfield has been wonderful for us with how they take care of my dad. YES. I would recommend Bradfield House to most anyone”
