And after calling me three times and being unable to reach me, he came to find me and delivered my prescriptiom personally. I work from home and had taken off due to the pain I was in, and was sitting on the couch watching Avengers when I heard the knock at the door. It was Jordan with the prescription. The staff is very friendly and you get text reminders for the visits which is great for someone like me that forgets things. The doctors is phenomenal. He has excellent bedside manner and speaks directly to my child in a way that she understands to make the visit go by easily. I asked my daughter what her experience was today and she said “Good! “God Send!! After having a horrible experience with another company, LVL rescued me. I was so freaked out and distrusting, but they just nerded out and figured out what needed to be done. That made me feel confident in their abilities; but because I had been messed over I took to looking at many hours of YouTubes and literally picked apart every thing. They were cool as cucumbers and answered all my questions. I’m a little over half way through my treatment now.
