“Years ago I had seen Shelly with tendinitis in my arm so badly to the point I could not wrap my hand around the steering wheel of my car on the drive to her office in Plano. She treated me for only one hour and when I left I had movement back in my arm!! Fast forward 10 years later, I remembered her when my BF Jeffrey complained of chronic back pain even though he just had back surgery in May. We went to see Shelly, this time in Richardson. Since this was a chronic issue we went 2x a week for 5 weeks and now my Bf is completely pain free!!! Kristopher, the Facility Representative, sent me papers over the internet & walked me through the process. Tanya, the Director of Nursing answered all of my questions & made me feel comfortable with my decision. He has been in their care since 2/18. I could not ask for a more committed staff to care for my husband than Mesquite Village. Their caring hearts extended to me when my tears fell like rain & they made me feel like family. “So thankful that the Bee Hive began to receive residents. My mother is blind and has early dementia. She tried Assisted Living but was not receiving the necessary attention to live on her own in her apartment. Since moving into the Bee Hive she enjoys haring her stories with staff and has begun to laugh again. I missed hearing her laugh. The facility is new and the staff are hired employees vs agency which we dealt with at assisted living. “I was a former patient of Dr. Brown and love him, his wife and his entire staff. When the practice was taken over by Smile Well, I wasn't sure I would be as comfortable. I WAS WRONG!! The office manager, Yvette, was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistant, Brandy, was great. She even inquired about my husband who had some previous medical issues. It was appreciated. Dr. Lisa was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and effective - she also had cool eyeglasses! But the star of my show was Jocelyn, the dental hygienist. So focused on me the patient, so efficient and painless. I was so comfortable that we discussed topics having nothing to do with dentistry. She even went out of her way to successfully assist me with a totally unrelated issue. Thank you so much!! As a rule, I don't like anything or anyone related to dentistry. But the Smile Well staff and doctors have changed my mind - and that was no easy feat!!”
