Over the period I was being treated under Dr. Nichols, ( there are two physicians, I don't think you can go wrong with either!) the care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff in all areas was stellar. I called looking for a same day, late start appointment and they were able to fit me and have me out before 12 am with a 8 pm start time and I was 30 minutes late. “My daughter at the age of two had horrible ear infections the doctors wanted to put stints in her ears. I was listening to khvn radio heard some talk about their child with the same situation. So I drove to the Hampton office bought the ionic plus put a drop in each ear and gave her a table spoon and 1 hour later she stopped crying and 4 hours later have her another table spoon and her ears stopped hurting and she is now 34 and has not had another ear ach since. This is amazing stuff, I love it and she is doing great. Can't say enough about this product. It is wonderful and works really fast.”
