It’s been almost 8 months with dad at the Garland Avalon and we are so pleased with their care. The entire facility is clean and on the few occasions when I found dad had made a mess in his room, the staff were quick and pleasant in straightening things up. They offer activities such as a one man band to dance and sing along. Games and arts/crafts. The staff is very gentle and kind in redirecting clients. My dad has Lewy Body Dementia which means he may not always be oriented but the staff are patient and kind. We feel very confident that our dad is being treated with dignity and respect at Avalon Memory Care in Garland.”
